During a detailed consultation, the patients express their wishes, and desires for change, which is our highest priority. Trying the size and shape of the implants help when deciding the ideal shape and proportions. A thorough consideration follows about the location of the prosthesis, which also requires individual judgment. During this process, if you have any doubts consult the doctor for advice. The recommended treatment will differ in each case and depends on the patient’s build and body shape. In case of a lean body shape and a thin gland the most optimal choice is submuscular placement. The advantages can be seen in the long term, as in most cases there is no need for additional surgeries, relapse, wrinkling, rippling and any kind of pernicious seath formation is less frequent. Visualization of glandular tissue is also better during medical imaging. During heavy physical work the implant might migrate, in which case this can be corrected in a 20 minute operation, however, because of this, submuscular placement is not recommended for bodybuilders, only in certain cases. Sufficient glandular thickness allows subglandular or subfascial placement. The relatively small postoperative pain and the immediate aesthetic results are the advantages. Additional surgery may be required in case of inappropriate choice, but thanks to scientific advances most implants are allowed to stay in for more than 10 years without any complaints or problems. Accordingly, any possible hormonal changes, atrophy and decreased tissue elasticity that might occur throughout the years must be taken into consideration in the surgical plan.
Breast lift
Scars? In certain cases, following childbirth, breast-feeding or weight change, the glandular population of the breast decreases, it sags, it’s shape and the position of the nipple cannot be maintained simply by inserting an implant, and a breast lift becomes necessary.
Carefully selecting the surgical procedure matters greatly, as the smaller and fewer the scars, the more aesthetically pleasing are the results, so this is what we aim for.
Breast reduction
Back pain, difficult to maintain, sweat, uncomfortable bra? It’s hard to find the right bra?
A reduction surgery can help to ease the pain and significantly reduce your complaints, which can lead you to a quality life.
